Mr. Walters, 73, of Long Lake, died at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire. He was 
born 10/21/1931 in Long Lake to Kip & Flo Walters. He married Kate Bergren in 
1952. He hauled milk to local ceameries. He owned and operated a dairy farm 
from 1950 to 2004. He married Doris (Huna) Scribner in 1966. Survivors include 
children Steve Walters, Kathy Taylor, Kurt Scribner, LouAine Scribner, Carrie 
Madison and Kraig Scribner; brothers Leon, Wayne, David and Bruce; and 10 
grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Dale.
