She had been in poor health for a number of years. Besides her husband she is survived by one son and four daughters, Joseph of Shell Lake; Mrs. Clara Cornelison of Duluth; Mrs. Helen Dukek of Spooner; Mrs. Florence Essick of Omaha and Mrs. Ann Marsh of Shell Lake; also one brother Joseph Tompkins of Minneapolis and one sister, Mrs. E. J. Butler of Hector, Minn., and seven grandchildren. The funeral was held at St. Joseph's Catholic church, Thursday morning at nine o'clock, Rev. Fr. Rivers officiating. Interment in Calvary cemetery. The pallbearers were Ernest DesJardines, Ed. Powers, Oscar Dahlstrom, C. R. Merchant, Max Siis and E. R.
