This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Judy Ludden 19 May 2001 ==================================================================== Mrs. Robert BUNDERMAN died at 8 o'clock p.m. July 2nd at her home in the Town of Casey. She was born in Germany November 15th, 1874 and came to America with her parents when she was 17 years of age. She was married in Iowa in 1895 to William SCHROEDER. They resided in Glenwood, Wisconsin for about two years. They moved to Ashland, Pennsylvania for about two years, when Mr. SCHROEDER was killed in a coal mine accident in December 1898. She then returned to Glenwood, Wisconsin. To this union four children were born, Antone, Lenora, William and Fred. She then moved to Belmont, Iowa, where she married Edward WOLFE in 1899. One child was born to this union, a son that died when 11 years of age at New York Mills, Minnesota. Mr. and Mrs. WOLFE moved to Washburn County in 1905, and settled upon a farm. Upon the death of Mr. WOLFE in August of 1913, deceased moved back to New York Mills where she married Robert BUNDERMAN. They then returned to Washburn County and settled upon the farm in the spring of 1917 in the Town of Casey. The funeral was held in the Lutheran Church in the City of Spooner at 2 o'clock p.m. July 5th, Rev. BITTNER officiating. The interment was in Spooner Cemetery. She is survived by her husband and four children, Antone, Lenora, William and Fred SCHROEDER and by four step children, Mrs. Wm. BRANDENBURG of Trego, Henry and Martha SCHROEDER of Mt. Alta, Pennsylvania and Mrs. Henry LECKEL of Ferron Park. Her sons, William and Fred are in the United State service, William is in France, and Fred is in a cantonment in St. Louis, Missouri. --Source unknown.
