This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Don Hansen 13 January 2001 ==================================================================== ELIZABETH IONE YEAZLE OBIT The Spooner Advocate 02/12/1981, p6 Ione Butenhoff, age 79, a resident of Trego, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 1981, at the Spooner Community Memorial Hospital. The former Ione Yeazle was born on April 29, 1901 at Trego. On November 1, 1917 she was united in marriage to Arthur Butenhoff at Shell Lake. They lived in the Trego area their entire married life. Mrs. Butenhoff was known for having played the piano with various bands in the area. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America, The Trego Community Church, and was formerly active in 4-H. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1972 and by one daughter, Bertha Gruenhagen in 1979. She is survived by one daughter, Lorraine Thompson, Earl; one son, Lloyd of Fridley, Minn.; 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great- granddaughter; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held on Friday, February 6, 1:30 p.m., at the Trego Community Church, Trego, the Rev. Richard Lauger officiated. Burial was in the Earl Cemetery. Visitation was held on Thursday at the Dahl Funeral Home in Spooner.
