Edwardson was born in Oslo, Norway November 28, 1878. His tragic passing from this life was very sudden, Monday evening, Dec. 27 (1936), at the age of 58 years and 29 days. In religious faith he was a Lutheran. In 1899, Mr. Edwardson was married to Miss Ida Marie Thomason. They came to America the next year and settled in Eau Claire, in this state where they lived until 1911 when they moved to his late home a few miles southeast of Birchwood. The deceased leaves to mourn his departure his beloved wife, five daughters and six sons, the youngest of whom is a boy of fifteen years, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, Gilbert Nelson a half brother of Eau Claire and many neighbors and friends. Funeral services were held at the M. E. church on Thursday, Dec. 31 (1936), Rev. Paul Gardner officiating. Burial at Woodlawn Cemetery.
