When about four years old he moved with his parents and the family to near Cumberland, Wis., where he grew to manhood. He spent several years in Oregon where he was united in marriage and made his home there until the spring of 1928, when he returned to Wisconsin which he liked much better for a home than in the west. On Feb. 28th, while hauling hay, the load tipped over, killing him instantly. He leaves a widow, two sisters, Mrs. Will Marsh of Web Lake, Wis., and Mrs. Glan Marsh of Ferron Park, Wis., besides a wide circle of other relatives and friends to mourn the loss of a kind husband and brother and a good neighbor; his perents, one brother and one sister having gone before. The funeral was held at the home of his sister, Mrs. Will Marsh, and the remains were laid to rest in the Web Lake cemetery. © All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm
