He was born near Waterloo, Iowa in 1871. He is survived by his wife, three sons, Orville of Rochester, Charles of Rochester, and Walter of Chicago, and three daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Fye, Wascott, Mrs. Irene Boquist, Minneapolis, and Mrs. Margarie Green of Minong, 27 grandchildren, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Mr. Wallace formerly lived at Gordon and Trego, and came to Minong in 1929. The funeral was held Saturday at the Minong Presbyterian Church with Reverend Roycraft officiating.
