Died

In this village, on the 24th inst., of quick consumption,
Mr. Gustavus N. Cushman, aged 44 years, 6 months and 23
days.

Mr. Cushman was a brother of the late P.N. Cushman, and one
of the first settlers of this town.  Of late years he has
been in business at Chicago, where he was a very popular
operator, and leaves, as he does here, a large circle of
friends to mourn his untimely loss.

The funeral services will be held to-day, at one o'clock, at
his late residence, corner of East Division and Wisconsin
streets.
