Died

In this town, on Sunday evening, at half-past six o'clock,
Mr. Alex W. Wright, aged 41 years.

Mr. Wright was a native of the north of Ireland, but had
resided in this town twenty-one years.  He was a widower,
and leaves no children, but has four brothers and a sister,
to mourn the loss of a kind and affectionate brother.  His
death will be a severe blow to a large circle of friends and
neighbors.  All regarded him as a good citizen, a generous
neighbor, a genial and true friend.  We have known Mr. W.
intimately from the time he first settled in this town, and
can truly say, he was strictly "An honest man, the noblest
work of God."
