L. Phillips for the term of 3 years. Soldier is 21 years of age, light brown eyes, light brown hair, light complexion, 5 feet 4 inches in height. Occupation, farmer. He was mustered in into the service on December 4, 1863 by Captain Phillips at Fon du Lac, Wisconsin. Private BARKER listed his residence as Lind, Waupaca County Wisconsin. Place of birth - England. Private BARKER joined the Regiment on February 3, 1864 at Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was transferred to Company A of the 21st Infantry Regiment on November 16, 1864 at Marietta, Georgia. Transferred to Company A of the 3rd Infantry Regiment on June 8, 1865. Mustered out on July 18th 1865.
