Stevens Point Journal  Sept. 16 1940
Mrs. Rose {Durrant} Christensen, 31 wife of Louis Christensen, town of 
Farmington, Waupaca county, farmer died unexpectedly at the Waupaca Hospital 
and Clinic, Saturday. Until the hour of the funeral, 2 o'clock Wednesday 
afternoon, the body will be at the Bammel funeral home. Rev. G.N. Doody, 
paster of the First Baptist church will be in charge of the services and 
burial will take place in the Barton cemetery. Surviving are the husband, two 
children and her parents, Mr and Mrs James Durrant, Sheridan, town of 
Farmington.
