Ford died June 11, 1892 Additional Comments: From the bible in the possession of John R. Ford's widow, Harriet "Hattie" M. Imus (Ford), in the spring/summer of 1900. Note: All 12 kids of William E. Ford Sr. and Eliza Ann McBride were born in New York (probably Saratoga Co). *Nancy Ann Ford died under her married name of Nancy Ann Service. She had been married (1) to Joseph Seneca Wheeler, and after his death, married (2) to Charles Henry Service. In 1848/49, the entire Ford family, including various husbands of the Ford daughters, and their children and step-children, and various wives of the Ford sons and their children and step-children, all moved to Wisconsin. They initially settled in Winnebago County, Wisconsin. Later Caroline and her 2nd husband were in Minnesota. Nancy died at the home of her son outside Rock, Cowley County, Kansas. Lyman McBride Ford went to San Diego, California. Samuel and his wife Olive Lothrop went to Sacramento, California. Orville Childs Ford and his wife Emma, went to Cherokee City, Cherokee County, Iowa, where he worked as a grocer.
