Besides being engaged in the manufacture of lumber he has carried on a farm for twenty-one years; he is a director of the Union National Bank, and has been a stockholder of that institution ever since its organization; he is also interested in various other enterprises. Mr. Case was married at Rolling Dam, N.B., in October, 1850, to Lucy Buckstaff, a native of that place. They have nine children- William, James Turner, Ida, Lucy, Mary, George, Nellie, Francis and Elizabeth.
