Hull, of the firm of J.G. Hull & Co. (Boston 99c store), 55 Maine street, dealers in a general line of fancy goods and other articles generally found in a 99c store. He was born in Butte des Morts, Wis., Oct. 28, 1857; lived with his parents until 1875, and was about eighteen years when he began life for himself, and first engaged as clerk in a dry good store, which he followed until Jan. 1, 1879, at which time he assumed the duties of Deputy County Treasurer, being appointed at that time. He served two years, after which he was engaged in the dry goods trade until he began in his present place of business.
