Scott, foreman; was born in Washington Co., Maine, in 1842; followed the business of milling, filing, etc., up to 1862, when he enlisted in Co. F, 22d Regt. Me. Vol.; was mustered out in 163, and then went into the 25th Maine as a member of brigade band; came to Wisconsin in 1864 and located in Oshkosh; has been foreman of mill since. Mr. S. was married in Washington Co., Me., Nov. 16, 1858, to Miss Ida A. Knight, of Washington, Co.; they have three children living- Mary, Frank F. and John C.
