Mr. S. had charge of shops at Grand Rapids some fifteen months. He was married in Baltimore to Miss Mary Llewellyn, of Baltimore, a native of Wales. They have eight children living- Mary A., Louisa, Lizzie, George, Thomas, Samuel, William and Margaret. Mr. S. is a member of the A.O.U.W., Legion of Honor and Royal Templars.
