A. Tobey, yard foreman for Conlee Bros., was born in Somerset Co., Me., July 6, 1845; came to Wisconsin in 1875; located in Winnebago County and engaged in farming, which he followed three years, and then moved to Oshkosh. He was married in Somerset Co., Me., Oct. 16, 1872, to Miss Olive Snell, of Somerset County. They have two children- William and Henry.
