Waterman, filer, with McMillen, was born in Norwich, Windsor Co., Vt., Dec. 23, 1844; came to Wisconsin in 1863, and located in Oshkosh; engaged in milling and general occupations, sawing two seasons. Has been filing since 1865, and with his present employer since fall of 1874. He was married in Oshkosh, Dec. 24, 1865, to Miss Maria L. Howard, of Oshkosh. They have three children- Albert H., Alice M., and Grace E. Mr. Waterman is a member of the A., F. & A. M., and of I.O.O.F.
