Ford Junior, and John R. Ford of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin have deposited to the General land Office of the United States a Certificate of the Register of the land office of Mensha, whereby it appears that full payment has been made by the said Edward Deveroux, William E. Ford Junior and John R. Ford according to the privisons of the Act of Congress of the 14th of April 1820... for the sale of the Public Lands for the west half of the northwest quarter and the west half of the southwest quarter of section 13, in township 22, of range 13, in the district of lands subject to the sale at Mensha, Wisconsin, containing 150 acres...the United States... do give and grant unto the said Edward Deveroux, William E. Ford junior and John R. Ford and to their heirs and assigns forever... In testimony whereof I Franklin Pierce, President of the United States have caused these Letters to be made Patent and the seal of the general land office to be hereunto affixed.
