Mr. Angell was born in Exeter, Otsego county, N.Y., Aug. 23, 1816. Before he came to Oshkosh in 1856, he was engaged in the wholesale bakery and cigar business in Little Falls, N.Y. In his business dealings and in his intercourse with men he made many friends and his death has removed an upright citizen and a good man. The funeral will be held Sunday from his home.
