Obituary: Winnebago County, Wisconsin: Willie BRAEMER ************************************************************************ Submitted by Kathy Grace, April 2005 © All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************************************ Daily Northwestern September 23, 1907 p. 1 Dies of Tetanus Neenah Boy Falls From a Tree and Breaks His Leg-- The Case Results Fatally- - Funeral Neenah, Wis., Sept. 23. -- Willie Braemer son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Braemer, who last Monday afternoon fell from a tree near his home in the First ward and broke his right leg died yesterday morning from tetanus. The little fellow as getting along nicely after the bone had been set and it was believed that he would get well. On Friday he was taken with tetanus and Saturday afternoon an operation was performed on the injured member. He never regained consciousness after the operation and death came at 2 o'clock yesterday morning. He was eleven years old. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 from the late home and 2 o'clock from the German Lutheran church. Rev. Froehlke officiating. Interment will be at Oak Hill cemetery.
