The Oshkosh Daily Northwestern, Wednesday, Nov. 6, 1895, p. 1

Death of James Cain
James Cain, an old resident residing at 118 Ford street, died at the home
of his sister, Mrs. Murphy, in Poygan, where he was visiting last night of
general disability. The deceased leaves a wife and one son, James Cain. The
remains will be brought to the home in this city this afternoon and the
funeral will probably be held Friday.
