Oshkosh Northwestern
Robert Cater died of gangrene following an operation. He was born in England 
and was married to the former Lucy Radford. He is survived by his wife Lucy 
and eight children Helen, Thomas, William, Richard, Joseph, Lucy, Mary Ann and 
Harriet.Burial was in Riverside Cemetery with the Rev. Francis Dayton 
officating.
