Mrs. Achsah Gore Cheney, wife of George W. Cheney of 378 Wisconsin avenue,
died Tuesday noon after an illness of two years with diabetes.  She had
been failing for some time.  She was not quite twenty-eight years of age,
and is survived by the husband, the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gore, and
one brother, Stephen Gore, all of this city.  The family has lived here
five years, before that time residing in the town of Clayton.  Arrangements
for the funeral will be announced later.
