Cutts Passes Away This Morning Mrs. Eunice M. Cutts, wife of Samuel F. Cutts formerly a police officer in this city, died this morning at her home 219 Washington street at 3:15 o'clock. Mrs. Cutts had been a sufferer for some time from effects of the grip but the immediate cause of her death was cancer. She had lived in Oshkosh since 1868, moving here with her husband from Beloit, Wis. Her native state is Maine from whence she came in 1865. Mrs. Cutts is survived by her husband and one daughter, Emma Cutts, and two brothers, E.P. Viles, a lumberman and ex-sheriff of Skowhegin, Me.; also Julian Vilas and two sisters of Maine. Mrs. Cutts was highly respected in this city where she made her home for many years. The funeral arrangements have not yet been made.
