Obituary: Winnebago County, Wisconsin: Rudolph CYRTMUS ************************************************************************ Submitted by Kathy Grace, November 2004 © All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************************************ Winneconne Local July 30, 1914 p.1 Rudolph Cyrtmus, age 46 years, 9 months and 11 days, third oldest son of Albert and Hattie Cyrtmus, was born in Germany in the year 1867. In the same year he moved to Chicago, where he resided for years, after which he moved with his folks to the town of Poygan, west of the village. n 1880 he came to Winneconne. In 1892 he was united in marriage to Miss Gertrude O'Brien of this village. To this union were born twelve children, one having died in infancy. He leaves to mourn his loss a wife, four sons, seven daughters, one brother, two sisters and his mother, Mrs. Albert Cyrtmus. Those who attended the funeral from a distance were: Mrs. H. Wellenhofer, Mrs. L.J. Wellenhofer, Mr. Harry Wellenhofer, Mrs. Otto Zika and Mr. Ed Zika, all of Chicago; Mrs. Fred Wiesener and daughter Hazel of Davenport, Ia.; Albert and Fred Zink, of Berlin; and Mr. and Mrs. Allen Davis, of Waupaca.
