Oshkosh Northwestern
Lydia Duncan died at the home of her son Alderman Fred Duncan of Wisconsin 
Rapids. Lydia was preceded in death by her husband Charles. services were held 
at the Baker Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Robert W. Kingdon officating and 
burial at Forest Hill Cemetery. Three daughters preceded her in death.
