A Pioneer Citizen Gone

Evan L. Davies died yesterday, the 14th inst., in the town of Nekimi, of
general debility.  He was in his eighty-eighth year and left a son and a
daughter.  The funeral will be held from the residence tomorrow at twelve
o'clock.  The burial will take place at Zoar cemetery.  Deceased had
resided in Nekimi for thirty-eight years and was highly respected by all
who knew him.
