He had been in ill health for many months with high blood pressure. He had been confined to the hospital for two weeks. Death was caused by heart failure. Mr. Frey was born in Oshkosh, Aug. 17, 1859. He had lived in this city practically all his life. He occupied a farm near here for a number of years, but had been retired for several years and was living at his home, 832 Main street. The survivors are his wife; one sister, Miss Nan Frey; and two brothers, William Frey, of Oshkosh, and Charles Frey, of Seattle. He is also survived by a nephew, Russell Frey, and a niece, Miss Mollie Pyrne, the latter of Iron River, Mich. A sister, Mrs. L. M. Pyrne, died several months ago in Oshkosh. Funeral arrangements have not yet been made. May 17, 1929 p. 21 Frey-- The funeral of George Frey will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Spikes & McDonald funeral home. Rev. Joseph N. Barnett, rector of Trinity Episcopal church, will officiate. Interment will be in the family lot at Riverside cemetery.
