Goe, who died Thursday morning at eleven o'clock at the residence, 423 Main street, after a painful illness of more than a year's duration, will occur Sunday, with services at the residence at 2:30 o'clock. Rev. Edward H. Smith of the First Congregational church will officiate. The music will be rendered by Miss Bessie Lous Daggett with Mr. J.K. Weaver as accompanist. Interment will occur in Riverside cemetery. The following will act as pall bearers:C.W. Davis, W.T. Ellsworth, L.O. Rumery, B.H. Soper. The maiden name of the deceased was Abbie Jane McKoy, and she was a sister of the late H.W. McKoy of this city. Mrs. Goe was born in Washua, N.H., in the year 1846. Soon after arriving in Oshkosh from the east she was married to Mr. T.R. Goe, Feb. 22, 1864. She was a cultivated woman, had a refined nature and urbane disposition, and by her many noble qualities of character won the love and esteem of a very large circle of friends. Her devotion t the members of her family was very tender and beautiful, and it led her to feel that no sacrifice she could make on their behalf was too great. For many years Mrs. Goe was a member of the First Congregatinal church of this city, and ever graced her christian p;rofession by a consistent and useful life. Of the immediate relatives there survive a son, Walter R. Goe, two daughters, Gertrude M. Goe and Phebe C. Goe; a sister, Mrs. W.D. martin of New York, and a brother, John McKoy of Kansas.
