Mrs. P.V. Henningsen passed away at her home in the village last Thursday
afternoon at about 4:30 o'clock.  Death resulting from low vitality and
general debility, die to the shock of breaking her hip five weeks ago.

She was born in Norway in 1826 and was married there to P.V. Henningsen. A
few years after their marriage they came to this country, settling in
Chicago where they lived for three or four years, later moving to this
village, where they have since resided.

Mrs. Henningsen leaves her husband and one daughter, Miss Valberg, of Port
Washington, to mourn her departure.  The funeral was held from the St.
Paul's Lutheran church in the village, Sunday afternoon at two o'clock, and
interment was in the local cemetery.  Rev. O.T. Hoyer officiating.  Quite a
few friends from Milwaukee were present at the funeral.
