Utecht and at 10 o'clock from St. Mary's Catholic church, Rev. Father Bastian at St. Vincent's Catholic church officiated with region high mass. Miss Keitzman was born and raised here and was well and favorably known and highly esteemed by everyone. About a year ago she underwent an operation for appendicitis. Wednesday she was taken suddenly ill and rushed to the hospital for an operation for obstruction of the bowels from which she died Friday morning at 12:30. The remains were brought here Saturday afternoon from Oshkosh on the boat and taken to the home of her sister Mrs. August Utecht. She is survived by her mother Mrs. Mathilda Keitzman, six sisters and two brothers; Mrs. August Utecht of Winneconne, Mrs. Matt Galligan of the town of Winneconne, Mrs. John McDonald of Oshkosh, Mrs. Theodore Hiller of Janesville, Mrs. Walter Schmunk, Mrs Ed Tank, William Keitzman of Brandon and John Keitzman of Topaz, Mich. Those who attended the funeral from out of town were: Mr. and Mrs. J. McDonald and family, Mrs. Walt Low, Miss Martha Bartz, Mrs. James Low, Mrs. Will Utecht, Mrs. Frank Utecht, Mrs. J.A. Alds, Mrs. D. Crook, Mrs. A. A. Neubauer all of Oshkosh. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Schmunk, Mr. and Mrs. Will Keitzman, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Tank and family and Mrs. W. Giles all of Brandon and Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Hiller of Janesville. Those who acted as pall bearers were: Louis Samers, her betrothed and five of her brother-in-laws: John McDonald, Walter Schmunk, Matt Galligan, Theodore Hiller and Ed Tank. The interment was in the village cemetery.
