One week ago today Mr. Koblitz came to this city to consult a physician relative to his condition. Upon his return he stopped at Mr. Kluvin's store. While there the old gentleman was taken suddenly worse and was removed to Mr. Klevin's home, where he died. The deceased was a farmer by occupation and was a resident of the town of Black Wolf. He leaves a wife and seven grown children. It is not know whether the funeral will be held in this city or at the home in the country. Daily Northwestern August 30, 1890 The Funeral Sunday Joseph Koplitz, who died in this city yesterday, was born in Heddesheim, Rhine Prussia, April 17, 1821. He came to America in 1848 and settled in Black Wolf a year later. He leaves a wife and seven children. The funeral will be held at two o'clock Sunday afternoon from the German M.E. church, corner Tenth and Nebraska street.
