Peter Leckner, 74 years old, died this morning at 12:30 o'clock at his home, 1655 Witzel avenue. He was born June 29, 1853, in Austria. Mr. Leckner is survived by the wife; six daughters, Mrs. Rose Priske, of Clintonville, Mrs. Herbert Ney, of Appleton, Miss Anna Leckner, of Milwaukee, and the Misses Maria, Caroline and Virginia Leckner, of Oshkosh; and two sons, Peter and Joseph Leckner of Oshkosh. Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock at the Sacred Heart church. Rev. M.J. Schmitz will be the officiating clergyman. Interment will be at the Sacred Heart cemetery. Thos wishing to view the remains may do so at the funeral home of Poklasny Brothers, Sunday, and until the time of the service. January 3, 1928 p. 4 Leckner- The funeral of Peter Leckner was held this morning at 9 o'clock from the Sacred Heart church. Rev. M.J. Schmitz was the officiating clergyman. A short prayer service was held at the south side funeral home of Poklasny Brothers. The pallbearers were Matt Ebersberger, Frank Fischer, John Fischer, Ray Ader, William Roble and Rudolph Gams. Interment was in the Sacred Heart cemetery.
