Muriel D. Luker, 72, of Oshkosh died Sunday, Nov. 9, 1997 at Mercy Medical
Center.  She was born on Aug. 8, 1925 in Oshkosh the daughter of Frank and
Meta Schumacher Curd.  Muriel married Vernon C. Luker on Jan. 22, 1946 in
Oshkosh.

Survivors include her husband, Vernon; one son, Lindsey (Darlene) Luker;
one sister, June Wischow all of Oshkosh; one nephew, Bruce Wischow of
Palatine, IL; one niece, Sharon Moore of Oshkosh and one grand nephew,
Bryan Moore of Oshkosh.

The funeral service will be on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 1997 at 3 PM at the
Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home (Waugoo Ave.) the Rev. Ralph Hanusa
officiating.  Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday
from 1:00 PM to the time of service.  Burial will be in Lake View Memorial
Park.
