Donna the daughter of Larry and Margaret Runke has died. She was raised by the 
only father she knew Milton Mand who was Margaret's second Husband.She is 
survived by her second husband Harry Oestreich and children Howie Durkee, Jr., 
Virginia Vohwinkel, Margaret Gutschow, Deb Krause and Ann Affeldt. She is also 
survived by her step mother Eva Mand.She was preceded in death by a daughter 
Carla jean. Funeral services were held at Konrad Behlman Funeral Home with the 
Rev.Thomas McFarland officating. Burial was in Lake View Memorial Park.
