Percey, son of Frank Percey, prominent manufacturer and former fur dealer, died at St. Mary’s hospital at 6:30 o’clock last evening. Mr. Percey, who had been in poor health for three years, submitted to a serious abdominal operation Wednesday and his death from complications followed a gradual sinking in the intervening two days. He was thirty-eight years of age, a native of this city, and was married January 3, 1905, to Miss Lucia Gruenhagen, also of Oshkosh. The wife survives with one son, Wilson H. Percey, ten years old. They resided at 244 East New York avenue. The parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Percey, and two sisters, the misses Elizabeth and Emma Percey, compromise the list of immediate relatives. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at the home of the parents, 553 Main street, at 2:30 o’clock. Rev. Edward H. Smith will be the officiating minister. Norbert C. Werbke, George Hilton, W.E.Krippene, E.W.Wendland, S. Steiner and E.R. Williams will act as pallbearers. The remains will be placed in the city receiving vault at Riverside Cemetery. The services at the cemetery will be in private. Stevens Point Journal, Sept. 18. 1916 DEATH OF ALBERT PERCY Word has been received in the city announcing the death of Albert Percy (sic) of Oshkosh, son of Frank Percy, which occurred Saturday, Sept. 16, following a serious operation. Mr. Percy has visited in the city several times. He is a nephew of Mrs. W.H. Skinner and a cousin of Mrs. G.W. Miller. Mrs. Miller left for Oshkosh Saturday afternoon. Percey was held this afternoon from the residence of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Percey, 553 Main street. Services were conducted by Rev. Edward H. Smith at 2:30 o’clock and the remains were temporarily placed in the receiving vault at Riverside Cemetery. W.E. Krippene, E.W. Wendtland, George Hilton, N.C. Werbke, Sol Steiner and E.R. Williams acted as pallbearers.
