Pride died at three o'clock this morning at her home, 42 Elm street. She has been ill for about eight months. Mrs. Pride was one of the oldest residents of this city. She came here as early as 1850 and since that time Oshkosh has been her home. Her husband was in business here for many years as a harnessmaker. His death occurred about fifteen years ago. Mrs. Pride was seventy-six years old. Her daughters, Mrs. Evan Edwards and Miss Clara Pride, reside in this city and they have been with her during her illness.
