Oshkosh Northwestern
Former president of The Radford Company, Frank Radford has passed away. He was 
a member of the board of regents of Wisconsin State Colleges from 1948 for two 
terms. Radford Hall at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is named after him. 
He married the former Elizabeth Morgan in Missiouri. He was secterary to John 
Mulva who was Oshkosh's first paid mayor. Survivors are one son Charles, and 
two daughters Jane Phalen and Patricia Fell. Services were held at Fiss and 
Bills Funeral Home with the Rev. James D. Warner officating. Burial was in 
Riverside Cemetery.
