The cause of death was general breaking down combined with stomach trouble. Mr. Race was born in Mecklenberg, Scharine, Germany, on Aug. 17, 1833. In September of 1904 Mr. and Mrs. Race moved to Omro, where they lived for five months, coming to this village in February of 1905 and purchased a home.
