Oshkosh Daily Northwestern
WILLIAM SOMMERVILLE
     William Sommerville, 92, who had been living with a daughter, Mrs. John 
Darling, 614 Broad St., for the past three years, died Saturday at 11:45 p.m. 
at Mercy Hospital.
     He was born in Scottsburg, Ind., on Nov, 18, 1868, and was married there 
to Miss Elizabeth Finley, who also preceded him in death on Oct. 16, 1907.  He 
resided in Morris Ill., for 45 years, where he was employed in a paper mill.
     Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Darling in Oshkosh and Mrs. Sarah 
Abbott, also Oshkosh, 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and five great 
grandchildren.
     Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Fiss & Bills Funeral Home, 
with the Rev. J. B. Windle, Paster of the Bethel Baptist Church officiating.  
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
     Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 p.m. today until the hour of 
services.
