Mrs. Henrietta Schmidt, a resident of this city for the last fifty-nine
years, passed away at her home, 169 Tenth street, at 6:30 o'clock this
morning.  She was born in Oshkosh in January, 1847.  The cause of death was
heart disease.  She had been ill for several weeks.

The deceased was the widow of the late Emil Schmidt, who died seventeen
years ago.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Frank Domke of this city, a son,
W.J. Schmidt of Cando, N.D., and a sister, Mrs. Fred Meyer, who lives here.

Funeral services will be held from the residence at 2:30 o'clock Thursday
afternoon.  Rev. W.D. Ahl officiating.  Interment will be at Riverside.
