Obituary: Winnebago County, Wisconsin: Fred SPERBECK ************************************************************************ Submitted by Kathy Grace, September 2005 © All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************************************ Daily Northwestern April 13, 1901 p.2 Death of Fred Sperbeck Passes Away Last Evening, at His Home, Town of Algoma, of Consumption At 3:30 o'clock Friday evening at his home in the town of Algoma occurred the death of Mr. Fred Sperbeck of consumption. The deceased has been a sufferer from the disease for the past five years and has been gradually failing. It was not until the past two weeks, however, that he was confined to his bed. The deceased was a son of M.V. Sperbeck, a well known resident of Algoma. He was thirty-three years of age Oct. 9 of last year, and has been engaged in the chicken hatchery business. A wife and two young sons survive; also a father, mother and one brother. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock from Grange hall, Rev. Mr. Newey officiating.
