J.M. WARD Her Demise Occurs Monday Afternoon - Funeral Thursday Afternoon The death of Mrs. J.M. Ward occurred Monday afternoon at 5:30 o’clock at her residence on Fulton street. Deceased was fifty four years of age. She came to this city in 1954 from Lockport, NY. She is survived by a husband, J.M. Ward. Twop daughters, Mrs. Frank Miller and Miss Louise ward, and five sons, J. Harvey Ward of Chicago, and Walter Ward, Arthur Ward, Alexis Ward and Charles Ward, all of this city. Two sisters, Mrs. Frank Reif and Mrs. Frank Percey, also survive. Deceased was highly esteemed and a large number of friends will mourn her loss. The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock from the residence to Riverside Cemetery. Rev. J.W. Greenwood, pastor of Trinity church, will officiate. WARD Services Held at the Residence Thursday Afternoon At 2:30 o’clock, Thursday afternoon, the funeral services of Mrs. J.M. Ward were held at the late residence, 78 Fulton street. A large number of friends of the family, also the Ladies of the Maccabees, of which the deceased was a member, were in attendance. Rev. J. W. Greenwood of Trinity church officiated and the favorite hymns of Mrs. Ward were sung by Mrs. Kellogg and W.H. Dale. The bearers were her sons, all of them being present. The casket was covered with numerous floral offerings. Interment took place at Riverside cemetery. Additional Comments: Wife of John Millis Ward.
