Winter He Expired This Morning of Paralysis- Well Known at Ripon and Phillips Willard G. Winter died this morning of paralysis, aged 75 years, at the home of his son-in-law, H.C. Rogers, in the town of Oshkosh. He was born in New Hampshire, but resided in the west for nearly thirty years, making his home first at Ripon, then in Oshkosh and later at Phillips, returning to this city shortly after the big fire which brought such destruction to that place. He leaves a sister, Mrs. A.E. Curran of Boston, Mass. and four children- Mrs. W. E. Hilbren of Rhinelander, Mrs. H.C. Rogers of this city, Mrs. J.H. Burns and W.H. Winter, both of Phillips. The funeral services will probably be held on Sunday afternoon from the residence on the Algoma road. Rev. B.F. Sanford will officiate. The remains will be buried at Riverside cemetery.
