George Zellmer, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Zellmer died Thursday evening,
February 28th, after a six months illness of diabetes.  George was born
June 6, 101, in the town of Winneconne.  He was studious as a boy and had
many friends.

Funeral services were held Sunday from the house at one o'clock and from
the church at two o'clock.  Rev. Hoyer conducting the services.

Those who attended the funeral from away were Mrs. Al Bohren and children
from Darlington, Wis., Miss Myrtle Oleson and Mr. Wenzel Lorenz from
Oshkosh, Mr. and Mrs. August Kuehl of Neenah, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Prochnow of
Fremont, Mr. and Mrs. H.C. Prochnow, Jr. and son Raymond, and Mr. Prochnow
and daughter Esther, Mr. and Mrs. H. Sell and son Arthur all of Larsen, and
Mrs. Mary Zellmer from Winchester.

The pall-bearers were Ralph Andrews, Archie Kabke, August and Oscar
Schmeling, Herman Hinz and Harold Johnson.  Rev. Hoyer offering prayer.
Interment was in the village cemetery.
