Zellmer, north of the village, Saturday afternoon, Dec. 14, at 1:30 o'clock, of pneumonia, at the age of 74 years, 6 months and 7 days, after an illness of about four weeks. Louise Krenz was born at Jariazerow, Germany, on the 7th day of June, 1838. On March 22, 1868, she was united in marriage to Christoff Zellmer, and later the couple emigrated to this country, first stopping on a farm in the town of Winchester and later moving onto a farm in the town of Winneconne, where they have since resided. Four children came to bless their home of which two survive the mother, Wm., with whom they have made their home of late years and a daughter, Mrs. Herman Prochnow, of near Larsen. Besides her husband and two children she leaves to mourn her loss eleven grand children, one great-grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral was held from the house at one o'clock Tuesday afternoon, and from the German Lutheran church, in the village, at two o'clock. Interment took place in the village cemetery. Rev. Hoyer, pastor of the Lutheran church, officiating in German and English.
