Treleven, to Lyman R. Barnett, of Rushford. After Dr. Sherrar had sung "Sweet Month of Roses", the wedding march was played by Miss Anah Bennett, of Oshkosh, and the happy couple accompanied by Miss Eva Treleven and Mr. Fred Martin, took their places beneath a beautiful floral arch of evergreen and roses where the ceremony which made husband and wife was pronounced by Rev. C.T. Everett, of the Baptist church, in the presence of one hundred and fifty friends. The home and grounds had been tastefully decorated for the occasion under the direction of Mr. John Fisk whose skill is well known. Miss Jannush of Oshkosh, had charge of the dining room, where supper was served. Many t*** and useful presents were given to the young people. After a delightful evening, the bride and groom departed for Oshkosh admist a shower of good wishes- old shoes and rice. Mrs. Barnett has been the assistant in the High school for two years and leaves a place which will not be easy to fill. After spending a few days with friends in Oshkosh, Mr. and Mrs. Barnett will visit St. Paul and other northern cities, and then return to their country residence in Rushford. The best wishes of a host of friends follow them in the new life.
