Marriage: Winnebago County, Wisconsin: Kirchberg-Ralph ************************************************************************ Submitted by Kathy Grace, November 2004 © All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************************************ Winneconne Local November 20, 1913 p.8 A Quiet Wedding A very quiet wedding took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Ralph, west of the village, Wednesday evening Nov. 19, when their daughter, Miss Barbara, was united in marriage to Hugo Kirchberg of Neenah. The ceremony took place at six o'clock before only a few near relatives. Rev. F.G. Codd officiating. The bride was prettily attired in a cream colored gown, with a beautiful veil, and carried a large boquet of bridal roses. She was attended by Miss Stella Goff of Oshkosh. The groom was attend by Julius Denheart of Neenah, after the ceremony a bounteous wedding supper was served. Those who were present at the ceremony were: John Ralph, Jr., of Oshkosh, Mrs. Otto Porath, of Neenah; Mr. and Mrs. Boss, of Oshkosh; the groom's mother, Mrs. Kirchberg of the state of Washington; Charles Kittle, of the town of Oshkosh; and Miss Margaret Flarity of Oshkosh. Miss Ella Gross of Oshkosh and Miss Edna Krings waited on the table for the wedding supper, which was served in a room decorated in a pretty color scheme of light green and white. The young couple will make their home near Chippewa Falls, leaving for that place this afternoon.
