Tyrrell, at 99 Central avenue, presented a decided contrast today to the cloudy and gloomy weather out of doors. Every nook and corner was decorated in honor of the marriage of the daughter, Maggie C. Tyrrell, to Herbert G. Potter, of Miles City, Mont. The house was profusely decorated with flowers and evergreen. Golden rod, the prevailing flower, gave a remarkably rich effect. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. C.B. Wilcox, in the parlor under a handsome floral hook and eye. After the ceremony and congratulations, a high noon lunch was served in the handsomely decorated dining room which was in charge of Madam Janush. A very pleasant hour was passed with the bridal couple before they took the three o'clock train for St. Paul. They expect to spend a week in St. Paul, and then go directly to Miles City where a house is already furnished and ready form them to begin house keeping. There were about seventy five of the family present. Those present from abroad included Mr. and Mrs. Docksted of Little Falls, NY., Mr. and Mrs. James Hayett of Milwaukee; F.E. Stone and Miss Jennie Stone, of Hartford, Conn.; Mr. and Mrs. H. Thiele of Waupun; Mr. and Ms. F.S. Stoller and Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Stoller, of Ripon. The couple received a large number of handsome presents, several coming from friends in the east. Both of the young people are well known in Oshkosh. The bride's departure will ted by a large circle of friends. Mr. Potter too is a native of this city. His parents formally lived here and he was at one time connected with the Twin City News at Neenah and Menasha. At present he is editor of the Stockgrowers' Journal at Miles City
